Renewal of Driving License

The requirement of documents listed below:

1. Duly filled MTA 30/2Offline application (Original/You have to collect it from the Respective Mission)
2. Current Driving License issued by Department of Motor Traffic
3. Medical Certificate (From respective country) + English translation
4. Certified copy of valid Passport
5. Certified copy of valid Visa
6. Certified copy of National Identity Card (It is not mandatory if the NIC number is mentioned in the passport)
7. Two black and white passport size photographs
8. Certified copy of the receipt of payment made to the Sri Lankan mission Euro 100+Euro 12 per each document for certification
9. Delay charge Euro 10 per year
